Inside a session
Blend movement and dialog. In each session, your practitioner
will gently guide you into supported yoga postures. You will be
invited to enter into a dialogue that helps you focus on your sensations
and listen to your bodys wisdom.
Release tension and held emotions. You may release tension
through stretching and assisted movement. Or, you may find yourself
letting go of emotions or beliefs embedded in your past that have
manifested in chronic aches and pains. Many who receive the work
enjoy deep relaxation and a renewed, internally-supported sense
of well-being.
