Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a body-mind therapy that integrates the ancient science of yoga with breath work, exploratory dialogue and guided meditation. As a therapeutic and self-awareness modality, Yoga Therapy supports and invites relaxation, clarity with life transitions and the release of chronic tension. Gently engaging the body as a messenger, Phoenix Rising can also invite healing of grief or loss and recovery from abuse trauma.
