Combine ancient and modern therapies. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy blends the ancient science of yoga with aspects of contemporary psychology. It’s not psychotherapy, but gentle assisted yoga movements that are supported by reflective dialogue, conscious breathing, and meditation.

Connect with who you are. Each session will show you how your life experiences have shaped your current physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state. You may discover surprising connections. You won’t receive a diagnosis, medical advice, or a cure for ailments. But you will experience personal growth and heightened self-awareness.
